You are invited to join us off the beaten track in Aserradores, a small fishing village, which hosts world class surfing, great fishing, and stunning scenery. Unlike San Juan Del Sur, this area has only recently been opened to tourism which means you currently have the opportunity to experience real Nicaragua at Nicaraguan prices.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy here, Aleda is an excellent cook and Joe has a wealth of fishing and boating experience to help you haul in a huge fish. We are located a stone’s throw away from the estuary and close to two excellent surf breaks, the Boom and the Point.
